SHIPPING POLICY
We are an Atlanta based holiday decorating service. If you are inquiring about local custom Christmas decorating or staging, there is no need for shipping. We deliver all necessary and required items straight to your door! Please call (678.845.8105) to see if we deliver to your area.

If you are inquiring about long distance or out of state holiday decorating services, we do have a shipping fee which varies depending on the number and size of items needed and how far the location is from Atlanta. Shipping is dependent on availability. Certain fragile items cannot be shipped. Shipping is to be paid by the customer. We use UPS and FED EX only. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All custom Christmas design orders are just that, custom; therefore we do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges. We do our best to walk you through the process before we start your custom design and to get a feel for what you are wanting. After a consultation, we provide a visual mood board of actual or similar items to be purchased for your design before payment is due. Some of the visual items provided may not be the actual items ordered due to availability, but will be similar to what you can expect. Once that style has been approved, we require a signature on said form and a non-refundable 50% deposit for the general cost estimate of the project. Final cost is dependent on availability of items, shipping surcharges, adjustments made by the customer - for example if the project has expanded due to changing customer needs (such as adding to or minimizing the final order). All final orders have a minimum of $3,500 in products and a minimum installation fee of $500 that we cannot go below. Once we receive the deposit, we start placing purchases specifically for you such as trees, garlands, wreaths, ornaments, etc. Occasionally, items will be out of stock and we will have to make replacements but will do our best to look for similar items. If no similar items are found, we will contact you for your approval.

If you have changed your mind after signing the initial order form and visual page, we cannot refund or exchange the deposit. We will do our best to work out any issues. After the installation and/or take down, we do not offer returns or exchanges. The holidays can be stressful and we don't want to add to that; however, we do start making purchases well in advance of Christmas and if you change your mind from the initial paperwork, we may not be able to return items we've already purchased for you. We hope you understand, but we have to get an early start on all orders so we can fill them as efficiently and accurately as we can and so that items are not out of stock. We truly don't want a dissatisfied customer and hope to resolve any issues.

All Christmas delivered orders are also non-refundable and exchanges cannot be made once purchases are placed. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make you happy, but cannot guarantee a refund. We want our customers to love their home/office during the holidays!
