CUSTOMER CARE
At Honey & Snow we want you to be satisfied with your experience. We do our best to make sure you are a happy customer. If you have any questions before beginning the holiday design process, don't hesitate to call or fill out the online form with any queries.
Once you have all your initial questions answered, we can set up a design consultation where a team leader will visit the site via zoom or in person, discuss styles and various holiday decor related needs, as well as take measurements if needed. Upon approval of the estimate, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. Once the deposit has been paid, we will schedule your installation day between November 1-December 10 (excluding November 25th and 26th). We do fill spaces fast, so book early! There is a separate install and take down fee if you would like that included in your Custom design services. If you wish to dismantle and store the holiday decor on your own, we can remove the take down service fee (we are not responsible for lost, stolen, broken, or damaged items - due to water, mold, mildew, pets, and other improper storage conditions).
All items should be stored in a cool space with no heavy objects resting on top of holiday boxes, bins, bags, trees or garland containers. Items included in this category are trees, wreaths, garland, ornamentation, lights, decor (such as stockings, tree skirts, sculptural items made of any material including glass, candles, vases, all foliage, jars, containers, ribbons and bows, Christmas villages, pillows, throw blankets, wrapping paper, and the like). Holiday items are generally very fragile and require proper storage for them to last a long time. If items are improperly stored, broken, lost, stolen, or damaged, there is no return, refund, or exchanges.

On the day of installation, signatures and any remaining outstanding balance is due to Honey and Snow (see payment method options below) before installers leave the premises. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders, but we do our best to make you happy as a customer.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We at Honey & Snow value your privacy and respect your home or office as if it were our own. We understand the importance of discretion and privacy and are pleased you trust us in your homes and places of business.

Honey and Snow, LLC is an insured company. Upon installation, we require all surfaces where there will be holiday decor set up, to be cleared, removed, stored away so that no items are damaged by our team. We work very carefully in your home or office because we know it's a special place and we value and appreciate your confidence in choosing us with your precious space. However, on installation or take down day, we may need to drill, hammer, screw, nail certain items or remove them in your home or office space. We know how precious your spaces are and try very hard not create holes in the wall or any damage as we don't like to leave permanent damage. If hanging something heavy is necessary, we will require a signature by the homeowner or business owner to do so and if we cannot properly install heavy items with said methods, then we will not hang heavier items. Most times, we don't even need to hang heavier things and avoid doing so, so as not to cause damage. If there is a nail hole, screw, etc. left in the wall due to approval of the homeowner or business owner, it is important to note that we do not repair, spackle, sand, or paint over anything that has been approved by the client/homeowner or business owner and left there after our installation or take down. It is also important to note that some garlands, wreaths, trees can leave light scratches on banisters, handrails, painted wood surfaces, floors of all materials including hardwood, as well as carpet pulls, tears, snags. We are not responsible for said scratches, damages to walls, floors, ceilings, counters, appliances, and furniture. The client must be aware that light scuffing, scratches, chips, are possible part of the installation and take down. If there is negligent behavior by Honey and Snow, we will do our best to resolve the issue or file an insurance claim.

After all installations, we take photos and occasionally video of the work we have done to verify we have accomplished everything asked as well as to possibly use said photos and/or videos for marketing, internet, and all media forms, such as advertising in magazines, internet articles, blogs, web applications such as instagram, facebook, pinterest, and the like. Honey and Snow, LLC retains all rights of photos and videos. All photos, videos, and products created by Honey and Snow, LLC are copyrighted and permission to use photos, videos, and multimedia is necessary from Honey and Snow, LLC to be reprinted, used online, or in television, film, or any web applications as well as other company's internal media.

Our online shop will use third-party banking to verify payment. We do not sell personal or financial data to anyone, ever. You will be contacted by email after your purchase has been completed successfully.
